A casual gamer, adventurer, Jenna spent the past 8 years living in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. She has worked across Media, Gaming, CPG, and Energy sectors, in Finance, Marketing, BI, and Licensing. Her last role was leading a team of five people managing a multi-million dollar e-commerce operation. Jenna has obtained her Bachelor Degree in Finance and Economics from University of Toronto and her MBA from USC.
A programmer and a game designer, Tamer enjoys combining his love for computer science and passion for gaming into creating engaging games. Tamer is also a former professional poker player – his winnings includes title of World Championships of Online Poker (WCOOP) in 2012. Tamer graduated from University of Toronto, majoring in Computer Science and Cognitive Science.
Evandro is the lead game designer at Happy Square Studio. He is also the founder and CEO of Tilt Machine Studio, a mobile game start up based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Evandro was born and raised playing games. With a creative mind and passion for educational games, his goal is to explore and create new forms of education using games as tools. He currently lives and works in Vancouver, Canada.
Greg Moran is the co-founder and CEO of Zoomcar, a self-drive car rental company based in India, and recently raised $24 million C round of funding led by Ford Motor Company. Greg previously held positions in investment banking, private equity, corporate business development, and energy policy formulation. He attended USC’s MBA and has an undergraduate degree from University of Pennsylvania.
Dilip Soman is a Professor of Marketing and holds the Corus Chair in Communications Strategy at University of Toronto. His research is in the area of behavioural economics and its applications to consumer wellbeing, marketing and policy. He advises for the Canadian government and a number of welfare and private organizations.
Co-founder and Creative Director
As the co-founder and Creative Director of Happy Square Studio, Adam believes in accessibility as a pillar of game development and hopes to make lasting impacts on players through the games that he develops. Adam graduated from Dalhousie University and has worked as a mining engineer in Northern Ontario, a web developer for a YC backed-up startup, and a game engineer/designer.
Team Happy Square
Phillip Fong is a business development and sales executive with extensive mobile experience and deep connections in the gaming industry. He leads games partnerships most recently at TrialPay (acquired by Visa), a monetization and growth platform with over 500 million users, and previously at GREE International, a $690 million mobile gaming studio. Phil graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.
